Designed for the true wine connoisseur, the reserve tour and tasting begins with a vineyard tour, where senior wine associates discuss the vineyard's history and details of viticultural practices.

The tour continue to the crush pad while the process is explained.  Guests tours include winery, barrel cellars and museum.

The one hour tour finishes in the reserve cellar for tasting.  It features nine reserve wines paired with delectable cheeses and crackers.  You keep the Schott-Zwiesel tasting glass as a memento.  

Guests will also enjoy a fabulous lunch at the Gabriel Archer Tavern.  The Tavern is nestled among the vineyards and features a lovely wisteria covered patio for outdoor dining and treats the indoor diners to peaceful vineyard interior views.

The lunch features a broad choice of sandwiches, all served with mixed-baby green salad.  Of course, wine and home-made cookies are the featured dessert.
